Catapulted by the wave of voice and data services convergence, he was further exposed to the Mobile Network Operator world where he played a pivotal role in leading a team deploy a Next Generation Network at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe. His strong analytic and attention to detail skills channeled him into the Network Intelligence and Performance Management field of the industry where the focus was to secure value to the MNO business by assuring quality service to the customers. The next cut was to lead and provide direction to the Revenue Assurance department charged with the responsibility of providing intelligent revenue maximization and risk management recommendations to the executive leadership teams of the Econet Wireless Group companies and provide end-to-end business assurance with a goal to safeguard value to the businesses and customers. Riding on the wave of Digital Transformation and developments in the Artificial Intelligence space, he spearheaded the transformation of the function from traditional Fraud and Revenue Assurance to Business Assurance.
